To apply as a speaker, please visit our conference website. Fill out the required fields in the application form, including your contact information, topic/title of your proposed presentation, a brief bio, and any relevant links or supporting materials.

We are open to applications from individuals who have expertise in the field of User Experience or Innovation. We encourage designers, leaders, professionals, product managers, and researchers to apply.

As a speaker, we will handle the registration process for you and provide you with a complimentary ticket to the conference. So, you will have the opportunity to bring a guest (+1) who can accompany you during the event.

As a speaker, you will be responsible for making your own arrangements for travel and accommodation. However, we are happy to provide recommendations and guidance on nearby accommodations and transportation options to help make your experience as smooth as possible.

No, Submitting proposals and speaking at DDX Conference is completely free.

Yes, the deadline for speaker applications is August 30th. However, please note that applications will be reviewed on an ongoing basis. We encourage you to apply as early as possible, as this will highly increase your chances of being selected as a speaker.

Notification regarding the acceptance of speaker proposals will be provided at the end of the selection process. Once all applications have been reviewed and evaluated, we will notify all applicants via email regarding the status of their proposal.

The official language of the conference is English. This includes all talks, sessions, and workshops. Please submit your proposal and speaking samples in English as well.

Yes, we do require speakers to submit their presentations at least two weeks before the event date. You will receive specific instructions on how to submit your presentation closer to the deadline.

Absolutely! We will promote you and your talk. You can also share the content once it is available.

The speaking sessions range to 20 minutes, and also 5 minutes time for Q&A after the session. However, we will keep you updated with detailed information about the session duration in the speaker confirmations once the selection process is completed.

Short bios are brief introductions for the purpose of allowing the potential registrant to understand the professional background of the presenters. We recommend the length of a professional bio should be between 150 - 200 words

No, promotional activities for personal businesses or services are not allowed during the presentation. However, if you are interested in partnership opportunities for the conference to create more brand visibility, please contact us separately.
